Toor dal, Channa dal , Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Black pepper, Dried chilli, Curry leaves
Let’s Make Rasam
✅Take a pan, heat it and add some oil
✅Aside take Raji’s kitchen Rasam powder1 teaspoon with tomato pulp, tamarind paste
✅Mix everything in a bowl of water
✅Now in the pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic
✅Add ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
✅Add the Rasam powder mix to the pan
✅Make sure the stove is on low flame while pouring the liquid mixture
✅Add some coriander leaves
✅Add some Pepper (Optional)
✅Add enough Salt
✅Stir well
✅Boil and serve it with hot cooked rice
