✅In a bowl, take as much Idli chutney powder as you want, add ghee or sesame oil, mix well until it reaches dosa batter consistency.

✅In a large pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee or sesame oil.
✅ Then add 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds and wait until they splutter. Following that, add 2 dried chilies, 4 cloves of crushed garlic, and 1 sprig of fresh curry leaves.
✅ the ingredients well until the garlic turns golden brown. Then, add a cup of cooked rice to the pan. Saute the rice for 3 minutes.
✅After this, sprinkle a handful of Idli Chutney Powder over the rice. Mix everything well.
✅Finally, add some chopped coriander leaves for flavor. Serve the Idli Chutney Powder rice hot.
Crispy Idli Chutney Powder Dosa Recipe:
✅Heat the dosa tawa. Pour the dosa batter onto the pan and spread eventually all over the dosa to get a thin layer. Sprinkle a handful of Idli Chutney Powder over the dosa.
✅Drizzle some ghee around the edges and on top to make it crispy and flavorful. Cook until it gets browned on both sides. Once done, fold the dosa in half and serve hot.
