    How to make Millet Dosa from Raj’s Kitchen Mix?

    Take 1 cup of Raji’s millet dosa mix in a bowl, add ½ cup curd, ½ cup white rava, 1     teaspoon salt and  mix well. 

    Let it soak for 15 min to ferment. For additional flavors, you can add chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, and coriander (optional) in the Millet dosa batter.

    Heat the pan or Tawa over high flame. Pour the Millet dosa batter onto the pan. Cook the dosa until it’s browned on both sides. Serve hot and crispy for the best texture along with chutney or sambar.

    Sweet Millet Dosa Preparation:

    Take 1 cup of Raji’s Millet dosa mix in a bowl, add ¼  cup jaggery, ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder and a pinch of salt, and  mix well

    For additional flavors, add ½ cup of grated coconut and some nuts of your choice. Once the Millet dosa Batter is ready.  Heat the pan or Tawa over high flame. Pour the Sweet Millet dosa batter onto the pan. 

    Cook the dosa until it's browned on both sides. Serve the sweet Millet Dosa hot and crispy along with sliced bananas, drizzle some honey or maple syrup.
