How to make Kollu Kanji with Raji’s Kitchen mix?
✅Boil 2 cup of water and add 1 tablespoon of Raji’s Kollu Kanji Mix to the boiling water.
✅Close the lid and allow it to cook for 3-5 min.
✅ Once it come to room temperature add buttermilk, onion, coriander leaves and salt. ✅Serve and enjoy the traditional Kollu Kanji.
Kollu Kanji Mix Healthy Balls (Paniyaram):
✅Take a cup of Kollu Kanji Mix in a bowl, add chopped onion, Carrot, Green Chilies, curry leaves, and mix well and keep it aside.
✅Pour the batter into the greased paniyaram pan, cook until golden brown on both sides.
Kollu Kanji Mix Soup:
✅In Pan, add 1 teaspoon of ghee or butter, minced garlic, mushroom, carrot, peas (or Vegetable of your choice) and saute well.
✅After 5 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of kollu kanji mix and 1 cup of water.
✅Reduce the heat cover with a lid, and let it cook. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
